 Dr.  Gregg is board certified in clinical and anatomic pathology and cytopathology. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine, in the founding class of the Honors Program in Medical Education. Her residency training was at Mount Sinai Medical Center of Greater Miami and at UM/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.

Dr. Gregg is the Medical Director of Laboratory at Lehigh Regional Medical Center in Lehigh Acres, Florida. She has previously worked in private pathology practices in Florida, Oklahoma, and Georgia, as well as 11 years with AmeriPath, including its Orlando-based Center for Advanced Diagnostics, during its growth phase prior to its merger in 2007. Her specific interests include interdepartmental collaboration and process improvement, GI pathology, Breast pathology, FNA cytology, electronic medical record optimization, personalized diagnostic oncology, and evidence-based guideline development.

She is an active member of the College of American Pathologists, serves on the CAP House of Delegates, and is a member of the Lee County Medical Society. She also currently serves as a medical staff-elected representative to the Lehigh Regional Medical Center Governing Board. Outside the office, you will find her focused on faith, family activities, and music.
