Dr. Nicole Riddle joined Ruffolo, Hooper & Associates in early 2017, and is currently providing services at Tampa General Hospital. Dr. Riddle obtained her medical degree in 2007 from University of Florida, Gainesville, FL then went on to complete her residency at the University of South Florida / Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL, which included an externship in bone and soft tissue at Massachusetts General Hospital (affiliated with Harvard University), and followed with a fellowship in the same subspecialty with an additional focus in Dermatopathology and GI/Liver at the University of Pennsylvania Health System.

Dr. Riddle is the recipient of numerous awards for teaching excellence and leadership from academic institutions, pathology affiliate organizations, and hospitals. In the field of organized medicine, and pathology in particular, her name is easily recognized. Since 2002, she served as a representative to the American Medical Association (AMA), currently serving as Delegate for the United States and Canada Academy of Pathology (USCAP) , where she is also an active member, serving on committees and attending every annual meeting since residency. In addition, she currently serves on the College of American Pathology (CAP) New in Practice Committee, and as Sergeant-at-Arms for the House of Delegates Steering Committee. Dr. Ridddle received the 2017 Top Pathologists award from the Pathologist Journal, and was named one of the 2018's Top 40 Under 40 by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP). 

Dr. Riddle also has a faculty appointment at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine where she serves at Associate Residency Program Director for the Department of Pathology and Cell Biology.

Dr. Riddle brings to Ruffolo, Hooper excellent training and expertise in bone and soft tissue pathology, neuropathology, GI/Hepatobiliary, and Dermatopathology.
